We love to see all sizes of walking groups and have included a selection of local walks that you may download from this site completely free of charge.

The Staff of Life is a great base for walking in South Derbyshire and of course, you can always decide to stay with us.

You have the choice of dining with us and walking alone or with a group of friends. We supply a range of local maps to really make your walk interesting and we have recently built a porch area where you change and leave muddy boots whilst you relax in a welcoming atmosphere.

If the weather turns you can rest assured that you will enjoy a delicious meal and well deserved drink in front of a roaring fire.
